4. TIMELINES FOR REDRESSAL

We adhere to the following statutory timelines for grievance handling:

* Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge the receipt of your grievance within 48 hours.

* Resolution: We aim to resolve all grievances within 1 month (30 days) from the date of receipt of the complaint.

If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within the stipulated timeline, the matter may be referred to the jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, in accordance with the laws of India.
