At Anjum Textiles, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium ethnic and modern Indian wear. We want you to be completely delighted with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

* Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

* Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

* Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

* Custom-made or personalized apparel.

* Items purchased on "Final Sale" or during special clearance events.

* Accessories (such as jewelry) for hygiene reasons.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in Meerut, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

* Rejection: If the item is found to be used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size), please contact us immediately.

6. SHIPPING RETURNS

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a return.
